A cardio focused circuit session making use of body weight, light weights and machines to get your body moving and your heart pumping.
Fusion
A circuit style session that combines a mix of cardio, strength and core training for a well rounded full body workout.
Build and Forge
A strength focused session utilising various types of weights to work all muscle groups to improve strength and stability. A great session for those looking at getting into strength training with the security and motivation of a small group environment.
Box N Burn
A 30 minute boxing session, incorporating cardio, fitness and boxing techniques to improve your cardio, release some stress and learn some new techniques.
Hot Wheels
Bike based session combining leg strength, cardio and endurance.
Personal Training
Our 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions are delivered by qualified and experienced trainers who take the time to get to know you, your goals and your fitness levels in order to tailer personalised programs and workouts to help you achieve your goals.

Introducing 'Pram Time' at Fire Fitness!
Now you can bring your pram bound little one to the gym with you Monday to Friday, between 10am and 12pm.
It’s the perfect opportunity to break a sweat while keeping an eye on your baby or child.
